Rihanna's Abuse Photo Gets Leaked to TMZ--SMH

As many of you might have heard, pop singer Rihanna's abuse photo was leaked out last night on blogsite TMZ, around 8:40pm. However an interesting discovery was relaeased this morning...&& that was the fact that this photo was not only leaked...but leaked by one of the LAPD officers who are working on the Chris Brown/Rihanna case--say word!! According to E! News, regarding the release of this photo:

"The Los Angeles Police Department takes seriously
its duty to maintain the confidentiality of victims of domestic violence," the
LAPD said in a statement Thursday...."A violation of this type is considered
serious misconduct, with penalties up to and including
termination."

The LAPD says that it immediately launched an
investigation after its media relations department was inundated with press
inquiries about the picture, which first surfaced on TMZ.com and which appeared
to the cops to be a photo taken "during an official domestic violence
investigation."

SMH...wow...that's crazy...If you havent seen it, the picture is taken up close of singer Rihanna, wear you can CLEARLY see the bruises, cuts, knots, and busted lip on her face that was allegedly caused solely by R&B singer Chris Brown...NYO has collectively agreed NOT to post the photo on our site...but if you happened to not see the photo, you can view it on blogsites: Mediatakeout or TMZ.

A law-enforcement source close to the Brown
investigation tells E! News that the leaked photo was one taken by a detective
when officers first arrived at the Hancock Park scene of the alleged
attack.

&& I just recently heard that tabloids were offering up to 100 GRAND or more for the photo...therefore whoever sold the photo to TMZ has a nice stack of cash by their side...SMFH...They say money is the root of all evil...&& this detective is DEFINATELY going to face the consequences for this one...

UPDATE: According to Mediatakeout....

Insider TMZ turncoats spilled the numbers Levin’s minions are believed to
have shelled out for pix taken of Rihanna immediately after the alleged Chris
Brown attack. The source of the photo leak, a law enforcement insider close to
the investigation, reportedly raked in $62.5k, double the salary of the person
suspected of leaking the pic. Sources state TMZ pays a relative or friend of the
snitch within 24 hours of receipt of a photo to cover their tracks.

The most unfortunate aspect of the entire incident is not only the total
disrespect for the victim, Rihanna, but the legal ramifications related to jury
pool pollution the public revelation of this photo obviously has on the possible
upcoming criminal case against alleged attacker, Chris Brown. “Brown, even if
guilty, could walk free because of the unauthorized release of this photo,” says
and LAPD source. Insiders say LAPD brass is “furious, subpeonas have already
gone out.”

Wow...interesting...hopefully this whole thing works out...this story is getting crazier && crazier...

Chris/Rihanna Special On MTV---umMm Yea Right!

So today....3/4 of the NYO members [Denisha, Chakirah, && Bianca] went to MTV Studios to talk about the Chris/Rihanna situation on this "special" that they plan to air on Monday. SOooOOo we get there && whatnot....&& while we're waiting to go inside of the studios...we formed a conversation with one of the workers there...to get an idea of what exactly the show was about....so they explained to us that it was gonna be a special where two of their hosts interact with the audience and find out "in-depth" about how people feel about the incident....So Chakirah, Bianca && I were like OOo yeaa..this is good cuz now we'll be able to make our argument---WRONG!! Once we all got inside of the studio, the audience coordinators told us that basically we werent aloud to debate about the issue too much...&& we couldnt talk about any rumors...umMmm...last time we checked...all the information that's out in the open now IS indeed hearsay...so how are we REALLY supposed to tell our opinion about the issue??? smh..but make a long story short..it wound up being a talk show about domestic violence in general lol...So in any event...still make sure you check us out on Monday, February 16th at 6 pm on MTV...LoL Thanx!

A 13-year-old Father?!?! Say Word!

Ladies && gentlemen...as sad && unreal this headline may seem...it is ENTIRELY true!! Crazy isnt it?! Alffie Patton, age 13, became a father a couple of days ago when his girlfriend Chantalle Steadman, 15, gave birth to a 7lb. 3 oz. baby girl. According to a London newspaper named The Sun:

The pair kept the pregnancy a secret until
Chantelle's mother discovered what was going on at 18 weeks after noticing her
weight gain. Alfie was only 12 when Chantelle concieved but they decided against
an abortion.

''When my mum found out, I thought I was going to
get in trouble,' Alfie said. 'We wanted to have the baby but were worried how
people would react
'I didn't know what it would be like to be a dad. I will
be good, though, and care for it."

Alfie lives
with his mother and admited to the newspaper that he didn't know the cost of a
packet of nappies. 'I think it's a lot,' he said.

Although separated from the family, Alfie's
father, Dennis Patten, said his son didn't seem to realise the consequences of
his actions but that he was proud he'd taken responsibility for the
child.

SMH..That couldn't have been my child...cuz I would be whoopin some butt...Lol
