Is Chris's Manager the Mysterious Texter??

Of course EVERYDAY there's some crazy addition to the Chris Brown && Rihanna story...but today, something even crazier was released && we just pray that this is the FARTHEST away from true...Lol...Ok so, I dont know if ya'll heard, but months ago...rumors were circulating the web that 19 year old Chris Brown was having a secret sexual relationship with his 40 year old manager, Tina Davis....now this story came && went pretty fast but is something that the tabloids must've kept in the back of their minds because today, TMZ released a statement that they supposedly know that Tina Davis is the mysterious woman who texted Chris Brown the night of the February 8th assault...SMH...

According to TMZ, sources told them that she indeed was the woman who Chris had "a previous sexual relationship with" && that she was responsible for the three-paged text message that triggered the fight between Rihanna && Chris...&& supposedly when trying to reach Ms. Tina Davis for comments on this, she couldn't be reached...

Hmm...I dont know about this one ya'll...but we'll see if there are any updates about this one...Stay Tuned!

Possible Duet Between Chrihanna?

In addition to that madness, rumor has it that Mr. Chris Brown && Rihanna are in the studio recording a duet together for Chris' upcoming album, due sometime later this year. According to TheYBF.com,

C. Breezy was also set to leave L.A. right after his arraignment last week, but reportedly stayed to be with Rihanna–who’s also recording her next album right now in L.A.

Mmm...I guess like God, LOVE too works in mysterious ways...Lol

Looks like Kanye && his new "girlfriend" Amber Rose are definately enjoying eachother's company lately...The two have constantly been spotted together lately on various different occassions...This weekend, paparazzi in Paris couldnt get enough of the two as they engaged in many of the different fashion shows going on for the Paris Fashion Week...The picture above was of the two spotted at the Stella McCartney Fashon Show in Paris...

Who Tol You?! Wednesday PLUS more!

Hey world. Welcome to the NYO blogsite...We apologize for not posting yesterday...but we're back && ready to kick off this week's Who Tol You?! Wednesday...So let's see what we have here:


So as many of you may have heard, Diddy is currently working in the studio on his new album entitled Last Train to Paris, which is the follow up of his 2006 album Press Play.

The album will be Diddy’s take on electro-hip-hop-pop, with a lot of up-tempo dance tracks, laced with AutoTune-tinged vocals; however, in a recent interview he stated:

“T-Pain gave me permission to use the vocoder, the AutoTune, and
he showed me various tricks that nobody knows but him and myself...”

Umm riddle me this though, ladies && gentleman...Whoo Tol' T-Pain that he was the creator of the vocoder/Auto-Tune?! He's killing me with the fact that he feels people need to ask his permission in order to have that type of vocal on a track. Im just curious, did T-Pain ask Stevie Wonder, Herbie Hancock, George Clinton, or even Teddy Riley if HE could use the Auto-Tune effect when he came out??--I highly doubt that...cuz last time I checked, those artists were making music with that effect wayyyy before anyone ever heard of a T-Pain...If he happens to patent the sound...then maybe I can see people asking his permission...but until then...artists should feel free to use the program whenever they choose to...Can I get an Amen?? lolol

SMH...We saw this coming...&& by the phrase "this coming", we're referring to former Danity Kane member Aubrey O'Day on the cover of next month's issue of PlayBoy magazine...WOW! Now we all know alot of the people on YouTube are bored && like to just post ANYTHING to get the public's attention [cuz we're some of those ppl Lol]...&& recently, there has been alot of posts faking as if they have the audio for the 911 call that Rihanna allegedly made to the police after her incident with Chris Brown...Now I would say that 90% of the videos I came across were TRASH...but while looking at the stupid YouTubes that people were mocking as the phone call...I came across this HILARIOUS 911 call that a mother made about her son...Check it out:

UPDATE: on the Chris Brown and Rihanna Allegations

Because we didnt update you yesterday...we want to take the time and update you on the latest news on the Chrianna situation. Now we already informed you that Chris Brown made a statment on the issue...regarding to how "saddened" he was about the whole situation, how he's "seeking counseling" through his "pastor, family and friends", and how the recent allegations against him have been false. Just recently, sources have stated that members of Rihanna's family have came forward to address how the singer is currently doing since the incident.

According to MTO, Rihanna's uncle Robert Fenty has come forward stating:

[Rihanna's injuries] are not as bad as people have made them out to be. She was
NOT bitten. she was not knocked out, her jaw was not broken. She wont speak out
until the legal mess is over. Then she will tell the world whats on her mind.
[And to Chris] I just want [him] to man up and take responsibility for his
actions. We know Chris and this seems very out of his character.

Rihanna's cousin Yvonne Fenty has also come forward with a similar statement that her injuries were minor:

Rihanna is holding up well. Everyone is looking after her--she is just trying to
catch herself and get her life back on track. None of this is as bad as everyone
makes it sound. Her injuries weren't near as bad as people make them
sound.""Yes, she is going through a rough time and is upset, but she is thinking
positive and resting. She will be fine."

Hmm...so does this mean that the media has been distorting facts and making it seem like Rihanna's injuries were more "horrific" than they actually were? I guess we'll just have to wait until the photos are released.

Now, we're sure almost everyone has heard about the Chris Brown and Rihanna situation that took place Sunday morning--the day of the 51st Grammy Awards--where R&B superstar Chris Brown allegedly physically hit his girlfriend, singer Rihanna. Now because of the fact that this story is CONSTANTLY changing, we're not gonna post an article on this incident until we find a completely accurate source, with all accurate information. [So if you've been under a rock && haven't heard about this incident...GOOGLE IT BABY lol] Na but here's a news clip that you can watch to catch up:

Nevertheless, the following statements are just our personal comments on what we think about the situation...Feel Free to comment on this post as well....&& really read this you guys...We all bring up some really interesting points....You don't have to agree with us...but at least hear us out...Thank you!

Brittany's Comment: Well if you haven't heard the Chris/Rihanna story yet, you must be living under a rock. The story seems oh so very complex already! And though we don't have all of the facts, and we possibly may never have any of the facts, I do believe I have enough information on the story to make SOME judgments. First I want to say that I was always a little iffy about their relationship... Everyone knows that my passion is Public Relations, so I believed that this relationship would do Chris some damage from the start... it helped a little because it made him REALLY cross over into mainstream, and it also helped broaden his audience, HOWEVER, I feared that his younger die-hard fans would feel betrayed... But getting back to the story, I'm not going to comment about what happened because I really don't know, but I would say that I am going to continue to support Chris Brown through this. All of us make decisions that 3 seconds later we regret, some of those decisions are a result of this thing called a 'reflex'... if someone hits you, your initial reflex and instinct tell you to hit that person back. Now in no way am I condoning domestic violence or violence at all, especially a man hitting a woman, BUT, we're all imperfect human beings and it's usually reflex to hit someone back after they've hit you first! MALE OR FEMALE! But as a previous Rihanna fan, I am withdrawing my support from her, you can't just go around irritating people and then hitting them and trying to make them stay with you and expect them not to blow a fuse... I'm just saying! But I will put a disclaimer on here... if the word on the streets becomes that Chris is just crazy and hit her for no reason and all of this other stuff, then I may have to eat my words and withdrawal my support from him... but if the word on the streets continues to be like it is right now, I'm still going to support Chris... By the way! A word to Rihanna... let your yes mean yes and your no, no! You can't just go telling and identifying someone and in the hospital being ridiculous and then call them hours later to apologize after you've ruined their lives. Yeah I mean ruin!!!! Endorsements may possibly end, fans are leaving, parents (the true consumers because their paying for meet and greets and concert tickets and all things Chris Brown for their kids) not spending money, and constant press bashing. So Chris know that you have some supporters out here and next time don't go to an event by yourself, have someone there who can do some thinking FOR YOU, because if you were my pal, after the first hit, or the starts of yelling occurred, I would of tried to calm you down, or suggest that we get a ride from somewhere else...



Bianca's Comment: My girls in NYO and I have had many conference calls about our thoughts on things going down in the entertainment industry, but I never would've imagined we would be having a conversation about Chris Brown having the police after him and being under investigation for a domestic violence case dealing with Rihanna!! The worst I could've imagined that would happen to him is that a sex tape with her would leak, but never this. His actions seem completely out of character for him, so something must've really pissed him off for him to react like that. I just feel really bad that all the blame in the media is being put on him, and that it is being taken this far. I am listening to the radio as I'm writing this, and they are making lots of jokes about it, and calling him the next Ike Turner and all that. That's insane, I feel really bad! This is Chris Brown, the sweet, funny, R & B dude, just leave him alone! I'm sure he has a lot of things running through his head because we all know he didn't mean what he did. I hope Rihanna is okay, but I still don't think it's right she had to involve the police, I'm sorry. That takes things to a whole other level that is not necessary, because with their celebrity status, it would cause even more drama for them then they were already dealing with. I think everyone just needs to stop adding rumors and making critical comments about it all, because no one knows the WHOLE story about what went on between them and the feelings they felt but Rihanna and Chris. Of course that won't happen in this world, but in the end, I hope Chris will be able to bounce back and not let this affect him too personally, or in his career. You see how boring the Grammy's were without Chris there; we need him in the industry!



Denisha's Comment: My…my….my…where do I start with this whole ordeal? I guess first off I wanna mention how NYO has been big supporters of Chris Brown since day 1…&& have got the privilege and opportunity to work with him during our years in Star Wild Media [shout outs to Jeff! lol]…as part of his street team in New York and Michigan. So it’s only natural that we all feel some type of way about this situation because we ACTUALLY have been around to see Chris’s actions BOTH on && off camera…&& I must say…the actions that allegedly took place the other night, does NOT seem like the Brown we all know && luv...&& because of the fact that he has a mother who was a victim of domestic abuse, only makes us believe more that Chris’s actions weren’t done with malice…but rather because of a spontaneous reaction…[aka he probably just blacked out with anger && didn’t think about what he was doing…] which was stupid on his part…but he’s human && we all make mistakes…as for Rihanna…I’m not gonna say much about my personal opinion about the girl…but I will say that I had a feeling from the get-go…that somehow && someway…she was gonna mess up his focus n possibly even his career…but this thing right here?! DEFINITELY didn’t see this coming..&& I think I can speak on behalf of myself && NYO when I say that we’re definitely still in awe && disbelief over this whole matter…now I’m not condoning the fact that he hit her…cause without a doubt that’s completely wrong…&& no man should EVER put his hands on a woman...BUT Rihanna had to have done something to get him to that level of provocation…where he felt the need to…On another note…sources are now saying that there are statements from Rihanna’s people saying that she didn’t want Chris to get in trouble && that a friend was the one who called the police…but that’s kinda hard to believe considering the fact that if she REALLY didn’t want Chris to get in trouble over the situation…she could have stopped the person from calling …point blank…so that wasn’t a good excuse whatsoever…but at the end of the day…no one is going to be affected over this whole thing more than Chris Brown…he’s the one that’s going through the hot water…with bad publicity…&& outside people who are jumping to conclusions over this matter without knowing all the details…Chris now will forever n always have this incident on his record…PLUS…there’s a possibility that he loses endorsement deals…record sales…his good rep…&& most importantly…his fans….smh…I REALLY hope things work out for Chris Brown…but no matter what…NYO is definitely still here to support him && will continue to pray that things turn out for the better…KEEP UR HEAD UP CHRIS!

Chakirah's Comment: What Could Possibly Cause CHRIS BROWN to lose His temper enough to resort to Physical Violence????? . . that is the question that keeps running back and forth through my head. As you all may know the shocking story going on about R&B Star Chris Brown and the altercation taken place between him and Rihanna after the Clive Davis Grammy party. Still to this very moment I am still in DENIAL that this situation has even happened. My opinion on this whole ordeal is that there are always two sides a story & as of right now we only know Rihanna's side. There are all these allegations going around stating that CHRIS physically abused RIHANNA during an argument. Now in no shape or form do I agree to abuse NO MATTER WHAT THE CIRCUMSTANCE MAY BE, but as a fan of Chris and having spent time around him before this person who allegedly made physical contact violently towards Rihanna seems to be so FAR FETCHED. I've known Chris to be charming and easy going on and off camera. Overall he just has a very good personality.This isn't even in his character to act out in rage like this. I'm just so CURIOUS as to what the argument could have been about that made things escalate to him hitting her. It doesn't even seem possible for Chris to take such a huge step and resort to placing his hands on Rihanna Especially after he himself knows the severity of a situation like this being that his Mother was a victim to Domestic Violence when he was younger. I would have never see something like this coming. Talk about EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED. At the end of the day everyone makes mistakes. He is human just like everyone else it just so happens that his lifestyle is publicized. All i can say is that if the allegations are all true that Chris have a damn good reason for doing what he did because his CAREER is in major jeopardy. Chris your best bet would be to come out and speak to the public about the issue. I'm afraid that if he hides from the situation that things will only get WORSE. . KEEP Your Head Up Chris!! N.Y.O definitely got your back on this one.
