"Words cannot begin to express how sorry and saddened I
am over what transpired. I am seeking the counseling of my pastor, my mother and other loved ones and I am committed, with God's help, to emerging a better
person. Much of what has been speculated or reported on blogs and/or reported in
the media is wrong. While I would like to be able to talk about this more, until
the legal issues are resolved, this is all I can say except that I have not
written any messages or made any posts to Facebook, on blogs or any place else.
Those posts or writings under my name are frauds."
See...We figured that it was legal issues regarding the fact of why Chris hadn't made an official statment about the incident. Dont worry CB, NYO is still giving you the benefit of the doubt. Last time we checked, our legal system was based on being innocent until proven guilty...not the other way around. Howwwwww YOU doin'! lolol

In any event, to all you basketball fans out there [like Denisha && Brittany]....what do you think of the 58th annual NBA All-Star Weekend so far?? Here's a quick recap:
During the Rookie Challenge, the game turned with 13:23 remaining in the second half and the Sophomores trailing by 10 to the much heralded and hyped Rookies. Oklahoma City's Kevin Durant scored a Rookie Challenge record 46 points on 17-for-25 shooting and was named MVP as he almost single-handedly sent the Sophomores to a 122-116 win at the U.S. Airways Center on Friday. Good job Sophmores! You win once again.

The team from Phoenix was almost perfect in the eighth annual Haier Shooting Stars Competition at All-Star Saturday Night. But almost doesn't count, and Team Detroit [Denisha && Brittany's favorite team lol] came away with its second win in the last three years. You go Detroit!!

Daequan Cook ended Jason Kapono's two-year reign as the NBA's best exhibition sharpshooter Saturday night. The Miami Heat guard needed overtime to do it, besting Orlando's Rashard Lewis in a Foot Locker Three-Point Shootout that surprisingly lacked drama despite the extra session.

Krypto-Nate?? Okay Now! Lol
The Knicks guard beat defending champion Dwight Howard in an electrifying slam dunk contest on Saturday, winning 52 percent of fans' votes. Clad in an all-green Knicks uniform, Robinson used Howard as a prop in the final, springboarding over the 6-foot-11 center to jam.

Allen Iverson cuts off his braids?! Say Word!
Another big highlight of this All-Star Weekend was the shocking news that Allen Iverson CUT HIS HAIR!! Even though when he first entered the NBA he had the ceasar...Iverson was shortly after known for his braids [kinda like a trademark] && now he's cut them off. Wow!

The West Takes Home the title for this year's All-Star Game
Kobe Bryant scored 27 points and Shaquille O'Neal had several highlight-reel plays to lead the West to a 146-119 win over the East in the 58th NBA All-Star Game.
